The project has a total of 17 cold storages with a cold storage volume of 1878.79m³. Among them, there are 5 cold storage operation rooms, 5 cold storages, 5 freezers, 1 differential pressure cold storage and 1 garbage cold storage.

Xiamen Lianhua Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture. Its main business is additive-free conditioning (ready-to-eat agricultural products and aquatic products) and aviation food (in-flight meals and snacks). Before the establishment of Xiamen Lianhua Food Co., Ltd., Ningbo Lianhua Food Co., Ltd. was established in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in 1994. Most of Xiamen Lianhua Food's products are directly sold to Japan's largest and best convenience store "Ito Yokado" and convenience store "7-11", and it exclusively supplies in-flight meals for all return flights from China to Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA).
